I’ve honestly lost count of how many times this has happened since I started working for a company that comes in to WalMarts and Sam’s Clubs to do samples. Some people are very understanding when I explain to them I’m just a vendor, other people demand to speak with the store manager about why I won’t help them.
Some people throw the samples back at me. :|
I did this once—confusing a vendor for an employee, not be apeshit rude to them! They were super nice and gave me and my mother a bunch of coupons for dog food.
